Payments, charges and Refund of Payments
MarDocs accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (or any other agreed currency). If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Should a technical error mean that a refund needs to be initiated (e.g. should the customer be double-charged) then refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Charges will be payable in accordance with our MarDocs Service Agreement and generally payable on a “per fixture” basis. The charges will be payable by the party entering into the MarDocs Service Agreement for the provision of using the MarDocs collaboration tool.
MarDocs will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
MarDocs part of The Marcura Group is headquartered in Dubai and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the UAE and the UAE is our country of domicile.
